Service Center Re-Opening With Minimal Customer Contact
Dear Valued BuildingPoint Customer,
In response to our customers’ needs, we will re-open our service center Monday, April 13th.
The preferred method is to complete the service request form on our website and ship your equipment to our facility. Our goal is to minimize employee/customer contact.
Local customers who prefer to drop-off their equipment MUST call their sales representative to make an appointment for equipment drop-off.
You will NOT be able to drop off equipment unannounced. All doors to our facility will be locked and customers will not be allowed in our facility. The service techs will not be answering telephones.
